Many interactions in "public spaces", like socials don't seem to represent respecters of individuals rights to live in peace with others & according to one's own values. But is it representative of how it would play out when gov doesn't mediate such relations?

I've been thinking a lot about this lately while interacting in some libertarian spaces. Where the social order is being constantly negotiated, how do they see other's rights and values in shared spaces.
