Is this place chill? I hope this place is chill.

That's the new government website for community members to submit reports of DEI in publicly-funded K-12 schools.

If you're looking for something to do while not spending money today, it should probably be something other than flooding this with fake reports.

You don’t have to be a constituent to call a member of congress & tell them they’re a nerd. I just called that dude from Georgia and left him a voicemail laughing at him for getting absolutely wrecked at his town hall.

Doesn’t help, but it’s nice to tell these spineless dorks what I think of them.

In non-political news, look at these horrible bootleg #tmnt figures I got. They’re so ugly. Splinter has human hands. The foot soldier has two right arms. They’re such shit and I love them so much.

5calls.org is a great resource to help narrow down who your senators/representative are if you don't know. It gives a list of upcoming issues, and even scripts about those issues. Calling can cause some anxiety - I get that. The scripts help. Also has an app.

A known satirical news site with more integrity than actual news sites lol what a world
Goddammit. The Onion once again posted an article in which a portion of the artwork came from an AI-generated Shutterstock image. This article was over a month old and only a portion of the image. We took it down immediately. We'll be more vigilant. I'm personally sorry and I'm working on it.

Ninja Turtle toys were introduced in 1988, and the first wave of figures contained 10 figures: 6 good guys, 4 bad guys . Their photos were on the backs of packages, and they became known as 10 backs. All but April and Foot Soldier had soft heads, and I officially completely my 10 back collection.

Weird that we have to say this, but the government doesn’t get to decide what gender a person is.

If the salute was on purpose, he shouldn’t be near our nation’s leaders.

If the salute was on accident, he shouldn’t be near our nation’s leaders.

But:
-It was on purpose
-Our leaders align with the message
-His fans will try to explain it away.

It was real, intentional, and abhorrent.

In honor of carrie underwood performing at that man's inauguration I am going to continue my tradition of never listening to carrie underwood's music.
