increased housing supply leads to lower housing costs, who would have guessed it? Other than anyone who got at least a B- in intro econ, I mean.
After years of increases, Jersey City rents are now falling. One bedroom rent is down 12% compared to last year!

And its no secret why. The housing supply has increased drastically.
