No, the courts will not allow it because you’re overstepping Congress. The executive branch has not controlled the pursestrings for the US only Congress. This is money already allocated you cannot stop.

Trump is nothing but embarrassment. He’s going to destroy this country because he’s gonna be obsessed with getting even on people who are already pardoned or have immunity from prosecution. Go after the stage still withhold money from the federal government.

President Biden has complete immunity from prosecution from political prosecution as says Supreme Court. You cannot go after them for money you cannot go after them for anything. This looks like Trump all his cases were dropped because of the immunity.

There’s nothing he can do about the people who are pardoned. Just like no one can go after January 6 traitors. Congress can’t touch them the DOJ can’t touch them that IRS can’t touch them. No one can go after them for nothing. It’s a blanket pardon.

Trump has had complete immunity on everything he has done all his court cases were dropped. Or anything that happened while he was president January 6, etc..
