Pardon to either protect co-conspirators or to obstruct an investigation into a Presidents’ illegal acts, are the exact types of “self-dealing” the Checks and Balances were designed to curb.
Thus my conclusion that a Pardon issued by a President to a co-conspirator would be found as Void by a Court.

The newspaper said “allegedly” to avoid a lawsuit for “Libel” because none of them have been convicted yet, except the 4 who pled guilty in Georgia.
By clumping all 70+ together, they could have been sued if they had not used “allegedly.”

Even if Speaker Johnson manipulates the timing of the Epstein vote when enough Democrats are absent for it to lose, all Democrats will vote to release them, all Republicans will vote against it.
