It takes an obscene amount of hubris to lecture the BBC when you have The Telegraph’s record on truth-telling.

Some of the paper’s errors this year are so bad they’re almost laughable 👇🏻

Haven’t see this type of reverence for party leaders at other conferences. To me at least, this has the same feel as religious idolatry.

Their sense of self is wrapped up in fantasies of our country. Instead of coming to terms with how bad our country and living standards really are. It’s much easier to get drunk off these fantasies and affirm themselves with flags, since they feel powerless to actually improve their lives. It’s sad.
