I don’t know why you seem to want this poor UX and fragile system. I haven’t met anyone that has asked for it, nor wants it. But it is being forced on us, and I’m not going to sugar coat my disdain for it.

This article has a more pessimistic view than I actually do, but I wouldn't be shocked for it to be proved right. My view is that they are too fragile, as shown in this extremely basic test. They make it WAY too easy to get permanently locked out of accounts.

7 on iOS (won't upgrade until they bring the builtin browser back) and it can't even see the key. So no chance to even login via iOS.

They need to tweak the hill assist to not report the actual gradient to the trainer. Going from 0 to 19% while almost cresting the hill is a bad experience.
