Ocean non-pen sanctuaries are condoned-off sea areas with natural currents, depth,& enrichment,while caregivers monitor health & diet.They are a humane step between tanks & the wild-more ocean, safety,same safety net for older animals. Not cruel tanks forcing dolphins to perform for people!
