I think this is a good question.

It was a sick move but lets not put the cart before the horse. He still has a lot to show. Dems are gunna want a lot of radical change in 2028 for sure. Maybe he can give it and I hope so, but I think we need more than band-aid solutions this time. He needs to show that he can give it.

Neurology seems, from the outside, to be inherently harder then progress in other medicines due to the nurons being around for life for the most part (I think). Does this mean that there is little hope for a "cure" to most neurological disorders in the future? Is it more about prevention?

If tectonic plates are moving, and we have modelled that movement for hundreds of thousands of years, is there much that surprise geologists on a larger scale for their study? The questions surrounding tectonics seem relatively solved? What's left? Earthquake probability? Local composition of earth?
