Large language mistake

Cutting-edge research shows language is not the same as intelligence. The entire AI bubble is built on ignoring it.

What I would pay to play this game on console/mac 😭
How co-op climbing hit Peak achieved 2 million sales for less than $200,000

"The game jam IS the game. By the end of the month, the core gameplay was basically done and all that was left was to hook up the rest of the user experience, add meta-progression elements, and sneak in the banana peel."

Aggro Crab and Landfall's latest hit was mostly made during a one-month long game jam in South Korea.

I've noted some of the procedural things Democrats could be doing in Congress, but this point from @edgeofsports.bsky.social's great piece in the Nation deserves emphasis.

This is basic politics, and it's baffling that every Democrat isn't doing it every day.

What would a TV ad promoting alternatives to driving look like? What if people who love cycling and progressive transportation reclaimed ideas like freedom, independence and even patriotism? We decided to give it a shot. Check out our new video, "America, It's Just Like Riding a Bike."

Correct. If the birthdate field contains corrupt or mismatched data, it defaults to 1875-05-20, which serves as a flag. May 20, 1875, is the day the international standards and metrics treaty was signed. Everything is a conspiracy when you don’t know how anything works.

“Healthcare havers” may be my new favorite way to describe pretty much everywhere except the US
Poll: let’s say it’s 50° in your home and you want it to be 70°. What do you set your thermostat to?

(10°C / 21.11°C for the healthcare havers)

Small but steady improvements to loading speed & scrolling! 🎉

1. Images from Google should now load much quicker when navigating pages
2. The map view now requires two fingers to move around when not in full screen mode. This should make scrolling and pull-to-refresh easier!

Highly requested feature available now 🥳
✨ New: Custom tags! ✨ Tags are a great way to organize and find places in your lists. Now, you can create custom tags to make your lists your own!

For now you can only create tags. Editing and removing custom tags as well as hiding the default tags are still in progress and will be available soon!

I’ve been on the road for six months, exploring some of the most stunning places on earth. I created an app, Trek, that I wish I had sooner to keep track of all the amazing places I’ve been and the ones I still want to visit.
