Im pretty sure this is why so many of us have dysphoria beards for a while. Ignoring it is easier than looking at the mirror. For a while Id let it grow out until I just couldn't handle having it on my face.

Same, i was definitely disassociating back then.

Getting my facial hair lasered off helped a lot. I do still get peach fuzz but shaving it doesn't bother me that much.
