Rapidly learning about how nature-based social prescribing (or "Green" social prescribing) has been tested by Government as a way of supporting children, young people, & adults with identified mental health needs. Interestingly they focused on this rather than more universal wellbeing.

I love where I live, but the dark days and the grey skies definitely get me a little down this time of year. Been trying to make sure I take at least ten minutes outside in my closest green space - not always easy with work and family life but I think it’s helping #Take10Outside
