Granted, many folks see where the wind blows before losing in a primary and choose to retire gracefully instead of risking a loss.

For 2026, folks like Golden, Schhakowsky, Doggett, Nadler, Davis, and others could win their primaries, but have gotten scared off reelection for various reasons

Safety decisions should not be put to the whims of a few influential homeowners. If we want a city that’s enjoyable to live in, not drive through, then roads across the city need narrowing, dieting, and immense safety improvements.

It’s beyond time city prioritized safety over traffic.
