My first piece of useless pop culture paraphernalia in the new place. He came with so many chains I couldn't figure out how to get them on him! The long chain is supposed to connect to his hands somehow but I couldn't get them to fit.

This is the post that drove him over the edge. He replied "you know what fuck this" and hit the block. Fucking glorious shit.

Honestly, and this may be my cynical distaste for any conservative speaking so take it with a grain of salt, I think they all know the truth and are using the gay lover thing as a troll to evade culpability for approving of the violence. This is what Sartre was referring to.

It's been a very long day filled with horrible news so I'm going to once again bask in the fact that I purchased this Alex Toth sketch this morning before everything went crazy.

This is the one I bought! I want to see what everyone else got!

“I hated this movie. Hated hated hated hated hated this movie. Hated it. Hated every simpering stupid vacant audience-insulting moment of it. Hated the sensibility that thought anyone would like it. Hated the implied insult to the audience by its belief that anyone would be entertained by it."

This is our new litter box.

It has two-factor authentication.

It has an AI powered camera.

It has urine pH detection (that feature is in Beta).

Interesting response (the original post was promoting a production of Huffs). I've never heard of this show being viewed as a rebuke of Rowling, has anybody else? I can't decide if this response is genuine or weak sauce. What do you think?
September 1, 2025 at 12:40 AM
How is that a dilemma? I think the answer is pretty self-evident, at least in a sane world.

@darrylayo.bsky.social I can't respond to your skeet, but the answer is that no, BlueSky does not have an iPad app that they developed themselves, but there are several free iPad apps for BlueSky made by other developers.

Bill Clinton liked him, though I suppose that's not much of an endorsement these days

Bernadette and Xavier are sleeping like this but Bernadette is dreaming so she keeps tapping him on the head with her paws and he either doesn't notice or doesn't care

X-Men Grand Design vols 1-3 - that guy turned out to be a sex pest. But I'm keeping all my Warren Ellis books, for what it's worth. Keep or sell?

TMNT The Last Ronin - it's a nice hardcover, but I didn't fall for this story the way so many other readers did. Keep or sell?
August 5, 2025 at 2:35 AM
Eaglemoss DC Hardcovers - these are nice volumes, but some of them are dupes of comics I have in other formats and I'll never get a full set. Got these super cheap online years ago. Keep or sell?

Update on comics project. These are from two rooms. Does not include Absolutes and Omnibuses and other prized comics I have shelved in the living room and hallway, does not include to-read pile (although if you squint you can see part of it in the background of the first pic),

Getting ready to move at the end of the month so the first job is to sort comics (all TPBs and hardcovers, no floppies). These are the ones that were in the bedroom. Taking a break then attacking the cat room.
