Are we experiencing an epidemic of disembodiment that is severing our connection to the physical world and could JOY be the way back?

Who knows how many senses we actually have, but given that our sense of smell is far inferior to other animals, could it be that, by focusing on our internal worlds whilst neglecting our emotions (feelings), we are also losing our sense of touch?

This is where I have just arrived. The art of enJOYment, the embodiment of JOY is how we reconnect ourselves with the physical realm and escape the prison of our minds.

I think other beings feel our pain, too, just as we feel theirs. We are living through an epidemic of disembodiment that may see us extinguished from the physical world. How can we instigate the dawning of an Age of Em’bodi’ment? Does it begin by acknowledging our emotions, our feelings.
