I know that a place like Artspace has had their inflationary yearly increases cut. That was just a 1.5 percent increase. On i think 40k. So 600 bucks. Chump change for the city.

Cultural services is a wide umbrella that includes sports. Areas are not art galleries or artist studios.

Regardless, those are massive increases. Look at the other sectors, sir. The arts sector begs for pennies in comparison. Pleads. Police are spoiled with monies year on year. Where are efficiencies others have to look for.

Focus Fair is an indie arts/craft show started on the lawns and living rooms of our founding members. Our ethos is to provide a space where artists can connect with like minded customers, keep costs affordable, allowing our artists to make some money, without spending it on high tabling fees.
