London marathon training officially started today. I started with the long run as my work schedule and weather don’t see to be cooperating. Got in an 8 mile run at the UB indoor track. Nice to be warm but soooo boring

Ran my 18th marathon this weekend but this one was memorable, my son joined me for his 1st. We saw lots of characters, went on a ride, and he ran with an empty popcorn bucket the whole way til he got his refill at mile 25.5 #proudmom #rundisney

Update on my life: last I posted I was watching saw the Bills lose in SoFi, I got covid, had surgery & managed the holidays with no family drama! 🙌🏻 It was nice to be off work (due to surgery) though I gained 7lbs not being able to exercise and eating too many cookies

Update on my life: last I posted I was watching saw the Bills lose in SoFi, I got covid, had surgery & managed the holidays with no family drama! 🙌🏻 It was nice to be off work (due to surgery) though I gained 7lbs not being able to exercise and eating too many cookies

A little late here… game didn’t go the way I hoped but SoFi is a beautiful stadium. I do think it’s a bit much going on between game play, seems like trying to have constant entertainment,
