To me, the biggest “sin” in tech is restrictively conjoining software & hardware
It’s why I've never liked Apple & why Nintendo/Sony practices in #gaming frustrate me - games shouldn't be locked to one plastic box!

Google Stadia had a great community. I met so many new friends who helped me through the pandemic and got me back into #gaming.
After the showcase watch party, the fanfest organizers held a community session. Person after person described how the Xbox community had affected their life. ❤️ community.

I rarely dislike a game, and even more rarely quit a game without finishing. But, I may have to quit Death Stranding (playing on Xbox).
There are things I like about the game: the graphics, the story & premise.
But, it is so tedious & way way too long. 25+ hours in, I'm only done chapter 4 of 14!

Kiddo and I built a Gaming PC over the holidays.
First game I'm playing on it is Horizon Forbidden West. I'm not really a fidelity/FPS snob. But playing max settings, ultrawide at 240 FPS is quite something!
My favorite part though is getting to use an Xbox controller with abxy buttons! 🤣

Kiddo and I built a Gaming PC over the holidays.

They totally nailed Indiana Jones. Graphics are stunning. Story is entertaining, fun & classic Indy. Locations are great. Obviously fiction, but I actually learned a lot of history/geography. Loved the side quests & exploration.
