Oof, I didn’t know about that adaptation. That seems way harsher than I recall his attitude in the film (but it’s been years.) Seems like such a pointlessly bleak ending to their relationship.

If it was because they couldn’t CGI the hair at the time, it should have just been short-haired College Roxanne. I think the reason it’s an OC is to force the father/son plot, since Goofy knowing Roxanne would have ruined the point, but I feel like they could have made it work.
