Flight #UP2976 went down in an industrial area about half a mile south of Louisville Airport. At least 4 on the ground were killed, and several others were injured.

UPDATE: according to video footage, the birdstrikes occurred right after lift-off from runway 27 at Algiers-Intl AP(DAAG), Algeria. Flight #SV340 continued for almost 4 h and 20 min to its destination.
