An interesting study on the significance of attachment bonds with ex-romantic partners. Although ex-partners may typically lose their role as attachment figures over time, this transition can be quite slow (years) and varies notably between individuals.

Is therapist-guided internet cognitive-behavioral therapy (iCBT) as effective as face-to-face CBT for depression in real-world routine care settings❓

💡Our recent findings suggest that therapist-guided iCBT is at least as effective and efficacious as face-to-face CBT.

Our latest paper aimed to shed light on depression-anxiety comorbidity using non-Gaussian direction of dependence analyses and continuous-time models.
