Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting🍫
I had a lot of fun making this one, but even more fun eating it. The recipe called for fancier pans, but I really just wanted to go old school and make a basic 13x9. It was rich and decadent and had copious amounts of frosting.

A visit with my 80 + year old neighbor who doesn’t realize she is a women’s rights pioneer. She wants us to start a podcast. She shared her thoughts and her living room, and I brought chocolate pudding pie.

I want to give a shoutout to the good men standing up! Oftentimes ALL men get lumped in together and we have to push back against that dangerous narrative. Good, honest, loving men are welcome here!

My grandfather was a marine stationed at the gate during the attack on Pearl Harbor. He said the streets ran red with blood. This day tormented him. He would later take his own life. HONOR OUR VETERANS!
