I feel like we’ve barely seen Leota on the Roses coaching bench recently (maybe that’s not her role anymore 🤷🏻♀️) & now Rhinos are needing to find their fourth coach approaching only their fifth season, with Leota leaving mid pre-season. What on earth is going on 🤯

Oooh this is v exciting! A huge int season for the 🌹, mentally & physically, but the exposure they’ll have had from playing the other 6 top nations will be invaluable in the lead up to CWG & NWC. Can’t wait to see the African nations up against each other too! Well played EN 👏🏼

The more I think about it, the more disappointed I am in the complete lack of any stats made available so far this series. If we can provide basic (albeit sometimes inaccurate) stats for NSL, why isn’t the same possible for Roses games in the UK? It feels like a big void atm 🤷🏻♀️

• it sure felt hairy at times but credit to the 🌹 for staying composed throughout

Wow, what a finish & perhaps a fair reflection of the game. Shaw-Pearson-Tchine did well for sure but a choice to keep Housby off as long as she was. Fadoju - take a bow & Tchine - just wow. Under no illusions Jamaica will only get better across the series though! #HorizonSeries #ENGvJAM

Jamaica currently has 5 SSN athletes on court whereas the Roses only have 2 (3 if you include Allison’s upcoming contract, 4 if you include Cobden’s previous stint). Hoping this shows both the rise of Jamaican netball & the NSL! #HorizonSeries #ENGvJAM

Absolutely wild that this is the first time Jamaica has played since last year’s NWC. A really stark reminder of what the difference in resources can mean - just imagine if they had the same playing opportunities as the top 3 nations 🤯 #HorizonSeries #ENGvJAM

First time back on a netball court in 4 months, although it feels like it could have been 4 years 🥹 only a friendly game with a team I’ve never meant & the opposition has rocked in impressive Flyhawk kit so wish me luck 😮💨
