If you put the Western world to the same standard there I think one would have to look at things like prohibition in the US too.

Unfortunately I have found damning video footage. I don't know why he doesn't look like Hasan usually does (maybe lenses?), but the guy does call him HaPi (HAsan PIker) and consider this top comment. Case closed imo.
The top youtube comment simply says "Hasan Piker". It has 14 likes, so you know it's true. The youtube video linked is that scene from Garfield (2004) where the evil antagonist (Happy) puts a shock collar on the dog Odie.
