Some people say Carney okayed the new pipeline because he thinks Danielle Smith will never get the financial backing she needs to build it but I think Carney's overlooking the fact Danielle can simply apply for a Ontario Skills Development Funds grant to pay for the pipeline.

Strong voices have been sounding the alarm regarding the femicide and IPV crisis for, literally, years. Maybe decades. And still this. It's not a tragedy, it's malicious ignorance. It's systemic social misogyny.

Stalking is femicide in slow motion.

Grateful @thewalrus.ca covered this and asked me to weigh in.

At this point, we need to ask why meta is even allowed to exist AT ALL. SMFH!
In addition to the countless scam ads that #Meta generates billions from, there are also millions of people posting AI videos like this one, getting engagement based on things that don’t even exist. People react to these videos as though they were real. This one even has the #Sora watermark.

Media in Canada has been co-opted by the deceit of the hegemonic, de facto ruling class. It is dead.
It’s hard to ignore the fact that every newspaper of record is lying directly to our faces.
