Clay Jackson was a lawyer at Fidelity in Plano. When he offered to help a man caught in an ICE workplace raid find immigration legal services, two plain-clothes officers showed up at his home.

Then, he says he was fired.

Dean Chemerinsky is perhaps the most respected constitutional law expert in the nation, with a reliable moral compass. Law deans should sign his letter. Due process and the rule of law are not partisan issues.
