Yeah, after the first 2 or 3 got shitty with me, I just automatically block anyone that starts that nonsense. The first DM is usually "How are you today?" or "Pretty lady".

I'm in the minority here but I actually like PE. We don't have them in our area anymore, but I used to hit them up in the food court at the local outlet mall every now and again.

That has always been an issue. It's tough to gain the experience & when you do & decide to move onto another job, they'll screw you again. I left a law firm after a decade & had to take a 13% decrease in pay to start in a new field--and that was the best offer of many.
