It's crazy that they don't perceive forcing their opposition to vote for war crimes as a success.

Yeah, jalopnik is a big supporter of getting people out of cars.

And yet, statistically, in the real world, America's car only stroads are more congested and more deadly for drivers. This makes immediate intuitive sense when you consider that you're forcing loads of people who shouldn't drive onto the roadways in cars.

Like Doug Ford's meddling is so inconsistent and illogical, which is puzzling, until you realize the key to all of it is "don't make drivers feel bad"

At least your union is decent. LAFD campaigned against safety by parking an antique fire engine on a sidewalk.

Alternatively, he's someone that works at a big company and lives entirely on the output side of the CMDB.

Me after getting access: How did you get every single of the 870 GCP projects that are NOT running production services in here, and not a single one that is?

To me, the telling thing is the complete absence of the NGOs showing up at all for public housing. No support for cutting red tape or costs for public housing. No support against NIMBY opposition. No financial support from donors. Just completely failing to show up when donors aren't directing.

There has been a theory that people simply couldn't do the math. However, now the math is done and spelled out for the buyer, and they're still doing it. Signing these finance terms should be part one of the driving test. Anyone who signs this contract should have their license revoked.

Don't memory hole Barbara Boxer telling children that they were selfish for wanting a habitable climate because solar was too expensive at the same time that solar costs were in the process of falling by 99%. The real enemy is the gerontocracy.

I disagree, any candidate in any race can prevail by talking about simple common sense policy they can actually enact rather than sclerotic scolds that whine(incorrectly) that everything is too hard and too expensive and then accomplish nothing but increasing deficits and debts.

I always interpreted "go fast and break things" as "shift left". Break the product early and often before it's in customer's hands. I suppose context is everything. I liked breaking things. I wish it was more valued. No one pays well those looking for flaws.

I had a different perspective. At the time I was working QA at HP, and there was pressure from the business to "accelerate testing" so QA would stop "delaying" product releases. They wanted us to run tests that would "pass" so they could ship.

The landscape of cable news... "Fox News" where they are obsessed with the Roman Empire and "MS NOW" where they are literally speaking Latin. 🙄
