A tip for all the beginner singers investing in their projects:
Consider getting harmony guides ‼️
You can commission "sing along" files to follow and record extra vocal layers to, or even buy premade ones for cheap - they will almost ALWAYS make your cover sound better

So does that mean Noise Suppression is always a bad choice? Absolutely not!
Whether to use or not use noise suppression is very situational and different for each setup
The key to learning if it helps is actively monitoring your voice between changes or doing test recordings!

If you're a streamer, there's a very common misconception that hitting anything above the green areas with your audio is bad
The reality is - your audio will NOT distort until it goes all the way past the end of red
Having your microphone level hit the lower yellow areas avg is absolutely fine!! 🧵
