This is also Farage’s plan for healthcare, you can either pay the 20% for health insurance, or not. Those are your two options. There is no 4% option. If you can’t afford it, too bad. Healthcare becomes something for the privileged, rather than something for all, for society.

40% of the $4tn a year Americans pay for their Healthcare is taken by Insurance Companies who do nothing but make profit and deny treatment with it.
It is $1.6tn down the drain.
Health Insurance should be banned and there should be a single Government scheme for everyone.
