“Sea dreams in jade” How gorgeous. I’ve been down at the Lake at dusk this week, the Woodpecker hammering out his rhythm spreads across the Lake.. as I sit on my spring bench ..picture not dusk of course.

An oasis of Light in the darkness of dusk tonight. As the big house shines like a beacon over the great Lake. Good to see as one mourns the loss of the Longley final poet triumvirate Heaney/Mahon/ the Belfast Group. They have cast a gentle shadow over my life, especially Heaney, these are sad days
