Some of the men in my family have danced the Abbots Bromley Horn Dance in the past. I think one or two of my uncles were the last ones, no-one from my generation.

Definitely a layered strawberry taste. It starts with the usual sweet strawberry jam then an overlay of a wild bite which make the combination of wild and regular strawberries zing.

I found this one to be like a light marmalade with an apricot overtone. Tasty and certainly worth eating more than once.
