I'm not really trying to be vague here. The person this happened with doesn't even really use social media and probably isn't lurking this and doesn't know how much it meant to me (yet!). But this is actually also about a dead guy, so don't worry if you think it's you.

One of the very few things I kept from my dad's personal effects after he passed away was a set of unopened nail and nose hair trimmers that, if not this exact brand, are very similar. They are exceedingly well made for what they are.

The nail trimmers always remind me of part of a Murakami book
