I think this was part of the plan. No deal without Indigenous peoples. This is not a pipeline deal. But it is the end of a pipeline complaint that enforces the policy, rules, and law. Could he do that for healthcare, too? I would love to see that.

When I was a book reviews editor for a journal, I would get dozens of early MA students sending me their review assignments. It was a nightmare because my policy was always to give feedback to everyone. I found out part of the assignment was to show they had submitted it to a journal and stopped it.

Absolutely normal. Entrepreneurial even. We used to use pillow cases because they could hold a lot of weight and then run home, empty, and go again. I did it 3 or 4 times every year back in the 70s. Good times

We have seen images in Canada and our news covered some of it, but not nearly as much as would be fit such a large protest. Also coverage in Europe and elsewhere. A lot of the world is watching.

Any thoughts on how the PO of TUS is being propagandized by his handlers? This maybe gives a hint. Because if you think he is doing this by himself, there is no way.

Not sure, but I think Canada should thank those journalists for taking heat off of Carney. Carney is clearly uncomfortable sitting there, likely because he knows what the answer ought to be without having to ask Democrats. Sigh.
