This time I've tried something a little different by sewing the zips into the seams. Whilst the crotch zip has worked perfectly, the main zip on the side panel hasn't.
Nothing unpicking and re-evaluation won't harm.

Remade the mold last night did my Danny Phantom Logo. It's Freezing as hell. Woke super early to demold and make the logo before work.

Managed to get in some extra houses if crafting before work. The whole suit is together now. However it appears I've lost more weight (Thank you Hun Efforts).
I just need to add the zip and readjust the size in some places. But we can cheat with that
