Therefore, it’s also the responsibility of TIRA to call out the 🇪🇹|n govt for its failure to implement #CoHA & call on the IC to press it to fulfil its obligations under the agreement with consequences for the failure to comply.

After 2 years since #COHA, it’s unacceptable that TIRA still continues to leave the responsibility to the Fed govt alone to free Tigray as there is no hiding that the Fed govt is unwilling to do so far.
