And this is Skylor Jernigan. He was arrested for firing a gun in a vehicle with Haley Adams (who is also down there by ICE tonight) during her demonstration at the federal building in 2020. Charges were dropped due to his mental evaluation.

At lunch, I see they have barricaded off the streets within two blocks from Portland ICE from a Kristi Noem visit. There are various streamers and mainstem outlets like Telemundo are filming from outside the tape. They did not clear the medic tents but did push everyone out.
