Reading is my happy place. Proud New Zealand Super Gold card holder, season ticket holder for Wellington Phoenix. I love Power lifting, and gin - not necessarily in that order.
Another book recommendation.

Latest book review. Five stars. It’s probably not for everyone - there’s a lot of medical terminology and descriptive clinical procedures - but the last few chapters had me bawling like a baby.

I must admit that I’d never heard of Matt Heath - I wouldn’t know Newstalk ZB from BBC Radio - but I loved his book.
Highly recommended.

Just finished this book. Not my normal reading genre but ohmigosh - heartbreaking depictions from the Vietnam War, and the way returning veterans were treated in USA.

This might be a small book but it packs a punch with the stories outlining both land and sovereignty battles. Easy and quick to read - highly recommended.
