I have a question. Can’t remember what they taught me in intro to comp politics anymore, but I interpret this last paragraph from English DW to mean that if BSW get three individual mandates (fairly likely for a party like them?), the 5% threshold is waived?

Ok, but what about tik tok’s ownership’s right to speech? Or barring that, American citizens’ right to hear tik tok’s ownership’s speech? Very odd reasoning to me.

Weren’t they conned, though? The two main contenders to explain this correlation have to be: they voted Trump because they were misinformed, or they decided to be misinformed because they wanted to vote Trump. I, at least, struggle to come up with the secret third variable that would cause both.
