Agree with you! Establishing partnerships, making researchers feel respected, supported, and that they are being treated fairly, whether they’re authors or reviewers, is so important. They’re also more likely to submit papers, review papers if they’ve been treated well in each of the roles.

👇"bug" was already a "common term for any sort of engineering error or anomaly" before Grace Hopper's moth (which might not even have been her moth).
