We brought the IrelandQCI Quantum & Answers Trailer to meet researchers, students & staff at #MU during Science Week celebrations, under the theme 'Then. Today. Tomorrow,' and explored the future of quantum communication technology.

We welcomed on board Minister James Lawless, Dept of Further & Higher Education, Researcher, Innovation & Science + the inspirational Norah Patten, Ireland's First Astronaut.

IrelandQCI PI Dr Deirdre Kilbane participated in a panel at Cyber Ireland's National Conference #CINC25 in Kilkenny last week and led a team of researchers on-board the Quantum & Answers Trailer in addressing questions from attendees about the role of quantum communications in the security space.

The IrelandQCI Quantum & Answers Trailer was in #TheDeise recently, showcasing at #Toys4Engineers at SETU Arena. With thanks to Waterford Chamber + @waterfordcouncil.bsky.social An audience interested in STEM visited our experts in Waterford, to hear about quantum communications + IrelandQCI.

IrelandQCI proudly partners with ESB Telecoms and HEAnet, the industry members of our consortium. We came together recently at an INEX meeting in Dublin where our experts engaged industry stakeholders to discuss quantum communications and its benefit to various sectors.
