28 Years Later may be the best of the 3
28 Days: At the time was something totally new, excellent
28 Weeks: Generic 2000s era zombie flick, predictable and cheesy but fun.
28 Years: Zombies barely there, coming of age and focused interpersonal relationships but weird in all the right ways.

If you are a #scifi or #postapocalyse fan I can't recommend the Earthseed books by Octavia E. Butler enough.
It is disturbingly accurate despite being 20 years old. Give it a shot, there are only the two books and the author has sadly passed but you won't be disappointed.
