I also think in Disco hope is a central theme of the series, so I find that a strange evaluation of that one in particular.

Not even Lower Decks? Picard is AWFUL, and SNW and Discovery I think are generally good, even if they have ups and downs (but what Trek series didn't?), but LD is maybe my favorite series in of all Trek.

You'd actually really like them. They are very explicitly anti-capitalist. Except for the Forever Purge, which is basically an entirely unrelated movie.

I mean MAYBE you could sell a chase variant for a profit, but the normal ones there are far too much supply of to try that.
