They advertise it as see in the screenshot as private, but in the Privacy policy they give themselves the ability to share your date with any and all partners, social media, third party collaborators, advertisers, governments, etc.
Then in TOS it notes it uses OpenAI components too!!

I got a playtest of Sanatorium - Mental Asylum Simulator by @shorelinegames.bsky.social & wow!

It is really interesting and uses the setting / topic without being cringe or exploitative!
The game released Nov 6th so expect a series of streams playing it & talking about the histories it pulls from!
