I think in general, info sec people really fall short in explaining the why. Myself included. Even speaking with other info sec people, i notice we aren't great at explaining the why. Probably a human problem in general.

I’ve noticed people who don’t play musical instruments tend to “go nuts” over parts that require a ton of skill. I find myself “going nuts” over parts that are super simple but catchy af that you can’t get out of your head.
