I'm glad I've made a habit of watching and listening carefully to a diversity of ideas and revisiting my views regularly. The habit of resisting falling in love with my own opinions and attaching to them for longer than they are useful. It's a constant struggle, but it's worth it.

Until a few months ago I thought that Claude is a pointless luxury product. It's now one of my primary tools and the one I consider most coherent and forward-looking.
And that's just the most recent period ... over the course of my career in tech I have changed my mind so many times.

For most of the previous months I thought that "agents" are an empty buzzword that should be ignored. Now I have seen enough to convince myself that they are hugely important and they have become my primary area of research, learning, and building.
