So the speed camera on lakeshore leading to woodbine got cut down... I take my daughter for walks everyday and not a single time has a car not run the red, pulled out keeping us from safely crossing the road etc. At some point cops need to do their jobs or it will be left to parents like me.

The best things about this CEO affair fiasco is how it is a perfect representation of what HR has become in every company. HR is there to protect the boss, not the employee, it's almost as if they are in bed together.

It's a cool little mechanism that relies on placing tension on the back plate once the lock is slid in. To release it, you need to sandwich the spring and as you slide the key in the spring collapses, allowing the tension bar to pass through.
