I don’t really remember anything except that one major plot point of the last episode of cour 1 so was kind of lost throughout this entire first episode until I realized probably at the same time as Kobuto.

Like first watch I was just shocked at how creative individual cuts were or the play with so many different mediums/textures
But then the fire scenes started to click and Donny pointed out how the medium mixing was used to show the separation between the MCs and wow I cannot unsee that now.

😭😭😖 I wanted to like it. End of S1 gas. The early stretch of S2 pretty good. The rest was hard to get through.
End of Season cliffhangers are so something that Lynch nailed every single time I thought nah I’ll wait to watch the next season he finds a way to build everything up well.

Outside of a few good moments overall couldn’t connect with it. Also bean ruined it with that avi man. Even if I liked Cooper.
