Update: they tried a quick fix cause it won’t be completely fixed til next week. It did not work just hoping the heat and hot water stay on.

It’s tradition in our family for my sister to forget the vegetables boiling in chicken stock for our grandmother’s dressing recipe and for one of us to say “huh, smells like something is burning”
