If SCOTUS gives the President the right to fire agency personnel for any reason won't this enable a progressive president the power to get rid of Trump's appointees without Senate GOP obstruction? Worst possible case? SCOTUS scrambles to reverse itself and we return to previous sanity. Am I wrong?
